How to get rid of mouth Ulcers
1. Honey remedy
Honey helps to hold moisture and reduces body dehydration due to its humectants nature. Humectants help to retain moisture when added to another substance. Honey contains antimicrobial effect that helps to lowers the pain and quickens the healing process.
Apply few drop of honey onto the area affected by the ulcers or mix a small of turmeric to form a paste and then applied to the mouth ulcers directly. Use twice daily for the next several days until the sore is healed completely.
2. Coriander seed remedy
Since mouth ulcers is often associated by inflammation, coriander seeds which is one of the oldest remedy for ulcers related problems helps to lower inflammation and relief you from pain.
- Boil1tablespoon of coriander leaves with just a cup of water for some minutes.
- Filter the water and leave it to cool.
- Swish the water within your mouth.
Repeat these steps 3 -4 times daily for one week until you’re relief.
3. Celery Stem
Fresh celery stem is another natural remedy that works effective to relief pains and inflammation resulting from mouth ulcers. It combines it medicinal properties namely, anti-inflammatory and analgesic power to kill germs and bacteria building up in the mouth.
The celery stalk is also rich in vitamins such as (C, B1, B3 and vitamin B6) and folic acid. It is very easy to use, just chew the stalk of celery and make sure the mush it held on the sore spots for maximum healing result.
4. Use Tulsi Leaves
Tulsi leaves contain medicinal properties called Adptogen. Adptogen helps our body system to adjust to stress.
Get three to four Tulsi leaves and then chew them with water. Do this 3-4 times every day. Continuous use for the next 1 week makes mouth ulcers to be healed faster.
